Poker Tournament Tips For Dummies

So you’ve decided to get into poker? Great! But you haven’t got a clue about it. No problem. We’ve all been there, at the very beginning of our career, and I can only wish I knew back then what I’m about to tell you know because it would have saved countless hours of trying to figure it out myself. In Betsson 909 are the basic ground rules and tips for playing in poker tournaments.

Let’s start with, you have to be aggressive in the early stages of the tournament. Why? There are two reasons: first of all, the blinds and/or antes are going to be raised in intervals and you don’t want to bust over not being able to put in the blinds; next, there are heaps of non professional players mostly playing for fun in any given tournament like in Betsson 909. Once you’ve played for a while in the game only the more experienced players will stay, and it’s not going to be easy to build your stack against them. The chips from all the bad players all have to go somewhere oncethey get eliminated, make sure they go to you so don’t waste any chance you get during the game.

The second tip is very useful: when you play tournaments, you normally sit around poker tables with 7 or 9, and every now and then even 11 other players. Compared to a cash game with 6 players at the table, the odds of someone hitting a decent or even good hand increase dramatically. Therefore, only play good hands or make sure you know how to bluff. Be aware because someone else will take everything from you. Use this to your advantage and play smart, milking as many players as possible on as much money as possible when playing at Betsson 909.

Learn To Play Texas Hold’em Poker

Texas Hold’Em Poker is one of the favorite poker games in play these days. It is a competitive card game, played with a 52-card deck, where players in an online poker room pit against each other at the table. The number of players in a game can vary from two to thousands.

Texas Hold’Em Poker is a community card poker game where five community cards are used and shared among the players. The aim of the players is to make the best 5-card hand by the end of every round. Players competing in a Texas Hold’Em Poker tournament, have to ensure that they do not lose all their cards, else they will get eliminated.

The game starts with a bet from the first player sitting to the dealer’s left. The player starts by paying a small blind. The big blind, which is twice the value of the small blind, is then paid by the second player. The blinds continue to move around the table in a clockwise motion and every player gets a turn to pay both the blinds. Once the blinds are paid, two pocket cards face down are passed to every player from the dealer. These two private cards are very useful as they can help a player to make his final hand.

After the first deal, the player sitting to the dealer’s left begins the first round of betting. If a player refuses to match the bet “fold,” he has to surrender his cards and leave the game. The rest of the players then go for the Flop, where they reveal the first three shared cards. The players bet again and show the fourth community card in the Turn. The players bet again and proceed to the River where they unveil the final community card.It is followed by the final round of betting, after which the remaining players unveil their hands. The player with the best 5-card hand wins the game.
