Enter Angry Birds And The Hunt For The Golden Pistachio
Not since the creation of Pac-man or Tetris has a basic computer game been so intriguing, so addicting, that it reaches into such a huge world wide audience and makes us beg for more. With the unusual success of the Angry bird brand Amazing Pistachios has joined up up with the Nintendo game maker Rovio to build a new game based around their unbelievable product called Angry Birds: Hunt for the Golden Pistachio. This new game is filled with unusual versions of bird cages and worlds, with the opening 2 levels taking place in pistachio trees.
This new version is setting a possible trend that we may see growing in the future, although the game maker has taken this path before in the past with Angry Birds: Rio.
It's a free game available on the net and optimised for the Chrome browser. You also don't have to log in to play the 1st two levels, however when you finish these two you'll be given a choice to either log in thru your Facebook account, or make a new user account to play. The positive things to the user in doing this is that as you move across the game you'll be able to fight for tangible real prizes. A few of these include things a stupefying 10,000 free bags of Amazing Pistachios. There also are plush Angry Bird toys currently popular, and a $25,000 money prize waiting for a fortunate winner.
Not only can you get these fantastic real life prizes for a game that we all love to just play for excitement, if you check the local grocers you will find special codes dubbed “Get Cracking” on specially marked bags of Smashing Pistachios.
For those actually pumped up about the game, the Pistachio company also has worked with Rovio to develop television advertisements that may be watched on YouTube too.
For true fans of Angry Birds, break your flying pals out of their cages and go try the Hunt for the Golden Pistachio. It'll bring you hours of laughter that may basically have a payoff. Whoever expounded computer console games didn't do anything for you?
