On Tats
Why I decided to get a tattoo.
My name is Hank and here is the thought process of me in getting my first ever tattoo.
I got the tattoo when I was eighteen years old. 18 is the age of majority in the Us, remember. Kids who were younger than that need from the authority figures like mom and dad in their lives.
The concept of tattoos had slightly intrigued me and I sort of wanted to get one but I never felt really compelled to getting one. You know, I thought they were cool, but sometimes derelicts wore tats, and I also knew that they were permanent. I had heard tattoo removal services did not work.
Because of the fact that this tattoo would be on me always (and because now I could no longer be buried in a Jewish graveyard) I decided that I had to get a tattoo that meant something to me. The whole reason again was because the tattoo is permanent. Ugh! I did not want a bad situation to happen to henry. So yeah, I didn’t just want any ol’ tattoo.
What I Choose?
I chose a four leaf clover. There were a few reasons I chose the four-leaf clover. I love Ireland. This reminds me of where my roots are from.
Secondly, what does a four leaf clover symbolize? It symbolizes good luck and good fortune I am lucky to say that I have been graced with good fortune and things that have happen to me in my reality. My kin are amazing. My childhood was privelged. I am relatively healthy. Here is a short story that illustrates how lucky I am.
When I was younger, my severe allergies were out of control. Boy, did I suffer! I remember just always sneezing. Achoo! The doctor discovered that I had severe nasal polyps and immediately recommended that I get the surgery. These polyps were a result of my neglected allergies. Because of the polyps, I had to get screened for cystic fibrosis. Cystic Fibrosis is a fatal disease. Lucky, the test was negative for me. My doctor told me that I was his only patient that had the polyps but not the fibrosis! Wow.
Where?
Anyway, back to the main topic of this article. I got the four leaf clove on my left thing. I want it to be private. Actually, it is also seen by those lucky ladies! But anyway, sometimes today citizenry still judge you based on null I chose my leg because it is only for me and most people don’t see it. It is key for situations like job interviews and so on and so forth.
My upper thigh is not that sensitive an area of my body; therefore it did not hurt too bad. I think that If I had gotten it done in a more sensitive area, like the back of the kneck, for example, it would have been more unpleasant for sure.
Am I Going to get Another Tattoo?
Some people think that tats are addicting. I think this is true a little. More so when I was younger. But now after lots of years, I am still satisfied with my tattoo. Will I get another one? Prolly not. Do I regret getting this one? No. I have made the right decision here.
I write about tats, but I also write about printers. You can check out one of my writings here at my print blog. You can also check out the HP Laserjet p2035n right here. Thanks for reading my article.
