Sugarland Twice the Speed of Life Country Music CD ReviewThe super talented trio, Sugarland has released their latest Country Music CD entitled Twice the Speed of Life and it is a good one. Lead singer Jennifer Nettles vocals alone make this CD worth the price. Toss in some sure winners like track 2, Baby Girl, and track 6, Down In Mississippi (Up To No Good) and Sugarland has another hugely successful release on their hands. The range and variety of the songs on Twice the Speed of Life are very good. There's a real good mix of sweet and poignant ballads to wild and spicy. The CD launches with a very radio friendly tune Something More, and from there the trio proceeds to display why they are considered one fastest rising groups on the country music scene. These days it's a very rare CD on which every single song is good or better than the one before it. This CD is certainly one of those rare CDs. Overall Twice the Speed of Life is a real pleasure to listen to and an outstanding release. I give it two thumbs up. While this entire CD is outstanding the truly standout tunes are Hello [track 3], Tennessee [track 4], and Stand Back Up [track 11]. My SmoothLee Bonus Pick, and the one that got Sore [...as in "Stuck On REpeat"] is track 1, Something More. Very nice!
