Every album The Beatles recorded & released from 1962 thru 1970 in remastered stereo! These CDs sound amazing and yes they are a big upgrade from the old 1980s CDs. They are absolutely worth buying. Any Beatles fan would love to get the stereo box set as a birthday present.

Paul’s bass & Ringo’s drums in particular sound much better on these remastered CDs. While these elements (and many others) were often “buried in the mix” on the old CDs now everything can be heard clearly.

Besides the awesome sound, there’s also the awesome packaging and the fact that it comes with a documentary DVD that is not available for individual purchase.

The original mono mixes of The Beatles first ten albums are finally on CD with this mono box set. This set is perfect for the really serious Beatles fan because it’s the Beatles albums as they were originally intended to be heard.

Many Beatles fans will be curious to hear these original mono mixes because in some cases they are substantially different from the stereo mixes. For example “Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds” has a lot more effects on the vocals.
